We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise purchased from us for return. Once you receive your merchandise, please check the merchandise immediately. You must request a return authorization within 10 BUSINESS DAYS of receipt of merchandise.

Your return request must include company name, invoice number, style number and colors, quantities and reason for return, if damaged, the picture of damages must be attached.

All returns must be received to the address within 30 days or RA will be voided. All returns must have RA number on the packages.
We recommend you to send your return via an insured carrier such as UPS or FedEx to verify receipt of the return.
We are not responsible for lost returns. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for delivery.
We do not accept incomplete pre-packs retuned to us or garments used.
